By accessing or using Learn Indonesian Easy Way ('the Service'), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ('Terms').

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

Learn Indonesian Easy Way is an online language learning platform that provides structured Indonesian language courses through video lessons, reading exercises, vocabulary lists, and interactive quizzes.

The Service is available on a freemium basis. Certain features and content are available only to paid subscribers.

• Free Plan: access to the first 5 topics of Level 1, Module 1
• Premium Plan ($29/month): full access to all 3 levels and 24 modules
• Tutoring is a separate purchase and does not change a learner's base plan.

To access the Service beyond the free preview, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected duration (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or Lifetime). All prices are listed in USD.

• Payments are processed securely by PayPal
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew upon expiry
• Reminder emails are sent 7 and 3 days before your subscription expires
• Lifetime subscriptions grant permanent access with no recurring charge

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Users without a paid subscription may access the first 5 topics of Level 1, Module 1 at no cost.

Upon reaching the free content limit, further lesson progress will be locked. You will be offered the option to upgrade to a paid plan.

We reserve the right to modify the scope of free access at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on the Service — including video lessons, written materials, vocabulary lists, exercises, audio files, graphics, and the Learn Indonesian Easy Way logo — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own learning purposes only.

• You may not download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute course content
• You may not use content for commercial purposes without written permission
• You may not reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content via the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that specific learning outcomes (such as fluency within 90 days) will be achieved — individual results depend on personal effort and consistency of practice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learn Indonesian Easy Way shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your access ceases and your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia. If you access the Service from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
